Health Risk Appraisals
A health risk appraisal is utilized to efficiently collect data about health risks and lifestyle behaviors within a given population. This data is employed to further develop a wellness program and provide programs that address known risk. A good health risk appraisal will provide individual reports to the employees, aggregate data reports to the employer and year-to-year comparison reports for program evaluation.
